CUB HAUNTED 10/4-10/6 Campout Information IMPORTANT! DEADLINE IS NEXT THURSDAY 9/19

Hello, Pack 390 Families!

I apologize for the short notice, but this one always sneaks up on us. It is time to register for one of our most popular events, Cub Haunted Campout!

The Deadline to register and pay is Thursday, Sept 19, 2024!

Cub Haunted Weekend will be held at Beaumont Scout Reservation, R 45 N, Rock Creek, Ohio 44084 from Friday evening, October 4 - Sunday morning, October 6, 2024. 

It is an exciting campout experience for Cub Scouts and their families.  It is packed with fun events and activities. You may campout overnight both Friday and Saturday, one night only, or just come for the day on Saturday when most of the activities are scheduled to take place.

Activities include: Movies • Archery • BBs • Branding • Crafts • Pumpkin Carving • Trading Post • Wrist Rockets • Climbing Walls• Fishing • Candle Making • Haunted Fort • Haunted Walk • Popcorn and S’mores • Cider Making • Candy Making 

We have 2 options to choose from to participate:

Option 1 - Overnight Lodge/Tent  - includes activities, 2 nights and 3 meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner) - Lodge space limited to first 24 requesters. Regardless of the nights you stay, this is the cost of registration. Remember our registration costs are subsidized by our fundraising activities. 
Cost: $40 per person (cub, sibling, or parent)


Option 2 - Saturday Day-only (from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm) - includes activities and 2 meals (lunch and dinner)
Cost: $25 per person (cub, sibling, or parent)

Payment is due by the deadline and only folks who have paid will be registered. Any payments or registrations after the deadline will be subject to the $10 per person late fee.
