Pack 390 - First Meeting Tomorrow (8/28) and New Website!

Good morning Pack 390!

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at our first Den Meeting of the 2024-2025 year! A few items that I want everyone to be aware of:

- Tomorrow's meeting (8/28) will be outside in the shelter/playground area of St. Chris as the church is using the Parish Center for meetings that night. Normal start time of 7 p.m. Looks like the rain will have rolled out by then. I know all the Den Leaders have fun activities planned for each Cub Scout. For any new parents, below is information about each Den/Den Leader

- Popcorn season has officially begun and Cubs from Pack 390 have already worked several storefront shifts! If you have any questions about this year's fundraiser, don't hesitate to ask Shannon (or any Pack leader) ASAP!

- The Pack has jumped on the internet bandwagon and got a website! [url]www.pack390rockyriver.org[/url] The site is intended to be a place: (1) for interested parents to learn about our Pack; and (2) for current Cub Scout families to stay up-to-date. For example: the current version of our Pack calendar will always be available from the site and any Pack-wide emails will be posted in the News section. The site isn't completely finish but the main sections are. At the end of the year, we'll reassess the value the site provides.
